33 02 S, 151 58 E, Just North of Lake Macquarrie, around 60 Nm to the Sydney Heads. We were lucky with the timing to get past Seal Rocks early in between Sw winds. Expecting the wind to increase and go westerly this evening but currently enjoying a 15 Kt NW wind allowing us to close the Coast befor it swings. ETA around 2100 hrs at The Squadren. All well

Tuesday, 11 August 2026, 1200 Hrs

30 52 S, 153 11 E, 4 Nm NE of Smokey Cape, Very calm leaving this morning but currently a little bumpy as a SE blew through at a bit over 20 Kts. Not expected that much but its forecast to drop right off again until early tomorrow morning. All is going well.

Leaving Coffs Harbour Marina.

Monday, 10 August 2026, 1600 Hrs

Currently in Coffs Harbour watching the weather that blew through and is due to taper off in a few hours. Leaving on the tide tomorrow may see us slightly slowed down around Seal Rocks (as usual) however we are hoping to make good time to beat the next SW winds into Sydney on Wednesday evening. Short gaps in the weather but the best its seemed in weeks.

0700 Hrs,

Coffs Harbour Marina,  Arrived and berthed, watching the weather to probably leave early tomorrow for another hop down the coast under favourable conditions again.
Update later today. All well.

Sunday, 9 August 2026, 1200 Hrs

28 18 S, 153 41 E, 6 Nm SE of Cudgen Head, under engine with a Northerly expected to build overnight. Booked in for an early morning arrival at Coffs Marina where we will let any winds blow through before being underway again hopefully Tuesday morning. All is well
